A message dated July 3, 2001, was received stating the Governor has                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                            
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
      CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 214(L&C)                                                                
      "An Act relating to a civil action against a person under 21 years                            
                  of age who enters premises where alcohol is sold or consumed."
